We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if not, simply contact email@example.com. We gladly accept returns within 45 days of receipt for most items in good condition.
- Send e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
- The return shipping address and the process will be sent to you then.
- Place the item(s) in the original packing, put in your order number and seal the parcel securely.
- Drop off your package at the local post office. Send us the return tracking number.
- Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions within 3 working days.
- You have 30 days to decide if the items are right for you if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days on receipt.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- Return delivery charge should be paid by you and non-refundable. But a refund will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
- For a refund, it will be returned to your account within 3-5 working days. For exchange, new items will be reshipped to you within one week.
Return for Refund
The credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s), the credit should appear on your next statement. Once the return process is completed, you will receive an email with a confirmation. All returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days from the day you have received your order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit will be credited to your account.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
